What products does PK Agri Growers offer?

We offer Groundnut Oil, Sesame Oil, Kacchi Ghani Oil, Yellow Mustard Oil, Desi Khand, Jaggery Powder, Jaggery (Gur), and Desi Ghee.

Are your products natural and chemical-free?

Yes. Our products are traditionally processed and free from harmful chemicals and artificial additives.

Do you accept returns?

No. Since our products are food-grade and consumable, we do not accept returns or refunds once delivered.

When is replacement allowed?

Replacement is allowed only if the wrong product is delivered, or if the product is damaged, leaked, or spoiled at the time of delivery.

How soon should I report an issue?

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Are colour or texture variations normal?

Yes. Minor variations in colour, aroma, or texture are natural in traditionally made products and are not defects.

Do you offer cash refunds?

No. We do not provide cash or bank refunds. Approved cases are resolved through replacement only.

How should the products be stored?

Please store oils and ghee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Jaggery products should be kept in airtight containers.
