Exchange & Return Policy

Products Covered:

Groundnut Oil, Sesame Oil, Kacchi Ghani Oil, Yellow Mustard Oil, Desi Khand, Jaggery Powder, Jaggery (Gur), Pure Cow Ghee.

1. No Return / No Refund Policy

All products sold by PK Agri Growers are food-grade consumable items. Once delivered, returns or refunds are not accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Replacement / Exchange Eligibility

Replacement will be considered only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product damaged or leaked during transit 
• Product spoiled at the time of delivery

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

3. Natural Variations Disclaimer

Minor variations in colour, texture, aroma, or granulation are natural and do not qualify for return or exchange.

4. Verification & Resolution

All replacement requests are subject to internal verification. Approved cases will be resolved through replacement only.

5. No Cash Refunds

PK Agri Growers does not offer cash or bank refunds.
